Fall Transition Look

Now that summer is basically over, I can finally concentrate on side projects. I know I haven't posted in a minute. But, I have accomplished a lot so I don't feel guilty. It has been a pretty epic summer, so it is bittersweet that its ending. Nevertheless, fall is my favorite season of the year. With the dawn of the climate change, comes the awkward, should I wear a long sleeve, can I get anyway with shorts, and am I okay with freezing tonight to not compromise my fit.  Thankfully, its still in the 70s/80s here in Chicago,  so I can still go sleeveless.

Ideally, I'm sure most of us would want to go on a fall shopping spree to update our look with the latest fall trends. However, for those on a budget or have priorities less secular, a transition piece is a great way to update your look while still using summer pieces. A staple jacket in suede, leather or even a vest, can bring new life to your maxi or summer cocktail dress as shown above.

Peeerrro, I am looking forward to copping a few bell sleeve tops and maybe a metallic piece.

What's your favorite fall piece?
